Evan Rodrigues Scores Twice in Third Period for Florida

The Edmonton Oilers dropped Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final 4-1 to the Florida Panthers on Monday, giving Florida a 2-0 series lead. Evan Rodrigues scored twice in the third period for the Panthers, who outscored the Oilers 4-0 in the final frame.

Oilers Look to Regroup in Game 3

The Oilers, who were looking to even the series after losing Game 1 3-0, will now head home for Game 3 on Wednesday. They will need to find a way to stop Rodrigues and the Panthers' offense, which has been clicking in the playoffs.

The Oilers will also need to get more production from their top players. Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, who combined for 16 points in the Western Conference Finals, have been held to just one assist in the first two games of the Stanley Cup Final.

The Panthers, meanwhile, will look to extend their series lead to 3-0 when they host Game 3 on Wednesday night.
